copy the following and paste in notepad then save as anyname.reg

step 2:
Double click that and give yes then u will see success message
Step 3:
Goto c:windows/system32/oobe
create a folder as info then again create one more folder within info as a background
Step4 :
Copy a jpeg image whose size is within 250kb and paste in background folder in the name of backgrounddefault.info
Step5 :
now log off of restart to see the changes
